Video/Animation ToggleButton has lost its contrast #308

🐛 Bug Report

Environment

ios 11 and Android

Steps to Reproduce

Go to any drill (eg The Tunnel) having both videos and animations

Expected Behavior

The ToggleButton should be easy to understand, with contrast

Actual Behavior

Could be because of a version upgrade on react-native-paper
