Tables on user tab #34

on e.g. user/2684/giftcards the table is not really good. It is a common problem in the CK 2.x theme, that there is no regular theming for tables. It would be nice if tables were just like the 'order history'. I know giftcards are not part of the distro, but there should be a default styling for the table.

@mglaman This would be good to tackle in the Kickstart theme, I think?
