This allows uploading a model (without actor specifications, those are hardcoded).
It will either accept 3 csv files (acts/facts/duties) (as produced by the csv-tool in law-reg) or 1 excel file, with 3 sheets, named 'acts'/'facts'/'duties', with each the csv data imported.
The upload page is located under /#/upload and will automatically render the model once the file is selected. The root page still serves the demo as it was.
