How does the 'tags' property of the Source object work?

Added description fields to json schema including the tags section. Hopefully this makes it more clear.

Tagging: Words can be tagged to specific properties/role e.g. Actor in an Act. The tag json part describes the word which is tagged (via integer, recording the placement of the tagged word) and with which role it is tagged
