Fix a broken link in the README and broken/outdated dependencies #115

This PR updates the section of the README that describes how to generate NLX certificates. It also fixes a broken dependency (see https://github.com/discipl/discipl-paper-wallet/pull/15).

Would you mind running npm audit fix in the respective projects to update the dependencies? This should be enough to make the build succeed.

See https://github.com/discipl/discipl-paper-wallet/pull/15. Once that PR is merged this one should build fine and can be merged.
