How do we organize developer accounts? Does ICTU have support for this somewhere?

Additional TODO's conform guidelines AppStore:

[x] Make help link point to a page that offers help or remove the link
[x] Remove placeholder content (developer mode text in home screen, navigation button to wallet screen?
[x] Add popup at camera screen to explain why we need camera permission
[ ] Fix bug where camera permissions popup gets called after re-opening the app
[x] Make screenshots of several screens of the app
