Update dependency upper bounds to allow:

- base-4.18 and 4.19 (GHC 9.6 + 9.8)
- constraints-0.14
- text-2.1
- QuickCheck-2.15
- unbound-generics-0.4.4
Fix some warnings on GHC 9.8
Fix bug related to a nonlawful Ord PA instance
