Aslav commander sight not moving #99

In the commanders sight of the aslav you can not pan the camera, the guide shows the sight moving. but the screen it's self is locked to 12 o'clock. commsight

Interesting, the sight is ment to be limmited, Ill look into why the UI shows that and how to adjust...
