Search and Artist options #24

Hey - I've added:

an option={} parameter to the Search class to allow multiple options, as defined in http://www.discogs.com/developers/resources/database/search-endpoint.html
an id parameter to Artist() to lookup artist per ID using the new /artists/ endpoint

I guess you can ignore this request - most of the things are already in the 2.0-wip branch
