Add subtracks to the Track model #62

I'm developing my own little application for managing my digital music collection. It uses the client for metadata. I need the sub tracks to apply the metadata correctly, and noticed it was missing from the track model. I extended it to include the sub tracks.

Thought it was worth sending a pull request.

Unfortunately, this project is no longer actively maintained, and today, we're archiving the repository and publishing the final version to PyPI.

We sincerely appreciate your contribution and regret that we weren't able to give it the attention it deserved.
