Consider adding Permutive as tracker #213

It is a CDN (cdn.permutive.com) but you already have CDNs in your list because they perform tracking (for example cdn.parsely.com) You can add it to the content category so users of Firefox in private browsing mode can benefit from more privacy by blocking it

Already addressed here https://github.com/disconnectme/disconnect-tracking-protection/commit/dc997df6c61f4a0165e18469428349dd59299ba2 so I am closing it
