For clarity: this impacts the (eBay-owned) major classifieds brands in multiple countries, who are all utilizing the eBay Picture Service. This domain serves the user-uploaded image of the products they are selling. An example can be seen for instance here: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-golf/mississauga-peel-region/callaway-xj-series-junior-right-handed-7-piece-golf-set-with-bag/1514765874 https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjAwWDgwMA==/z/D8MAAOSwnARfICjW/$_27.JPG
We found this issue due to the recent Firefox update, and have started receiving multiple complaints from customers
While this pull request will solve it temporary, I would also encourage to re-visit wether ebayimg.com should be blocked for tracking, as (to my knowledge) it is only used for customer image serving. And there will be issues with images in (for instance) email with this domain being blacklisted.
In case validation is needed, the brands listed are also shown here: https://www.ebayclassifiedsgroup.com/brands.html
@cluehr thanks for creating this PR. The new domains are now added.
mobile.de and motor-talk.de are subsidiaries of eBay in Germany and use
i.ebayimg.com
for hosting their images. The images are blocked at the moment by latest Firefox releases. This hopefully fixes the issue.
