Add missing eBay websites to entities list #228

eBay owns the websites motorbasar.de and motortests.de. They belong to the eBay Classifieds Group and use ebayimg.com to host their images.

Please add the two mentioned websites to the entities.json file to whitelist them for usage of ebayimg.com, so that images on these two websites can be shown again in Firefox.

I already opened a PR for it which unfortunately got closed: https://github.com/disconnectme/disconnect-tracking-protection/pull/226. Please re-open and merge it as soon as possible!
