I would like for us to be reclassified under the Content category rather than Advertising. The definition for Advertising is a tracker that "displays ads or marketing offers". These domains are used exclusively for customer service chat applications, and are not used for displaying advertisements or creating cross-site profiles of users.
Classifying us as content would provide a better user experience for visitors to sites using our chat services. For example, on the Contact UPS page, selecting "Ask Our Virtual Assistant" takes the user to a page without a Virtual Assistant when our domains are blocked by disconnect.me's list. A content classification would prevent this basic site functionality from breaking, except for those users that deliberately opt-in.
