Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This issue is currently under review.
@patjack the commit actually removes all discord.com and discordapp.com references it is supposed to only allow cdn.discordapp.com not to be considered as a tracker
And I would also argue that the cdn can host a tracking pixel which would allow other discordapp.com subdomain to use it Those I would revert that commit.
@frntn:
the cdn can host a tracking pixel which would allow other discordapp.com subdomain to use it
in theory every domain can host a tracking pixel, but that doesn't mean there's any reason for it to - especially since Discord doesn't track you across the web.
Domain(s) to review. Separate them by comma.
cdn.discordapp.com
Rationale for removing, adding, or recategorizing.
This domain is a CDN for user content and other assets, and unlike the root domain it isn't used for tracking,
Where domain(s) observed. Separate them by comma.
