Disabling add-on does not disable proxy #217

When the add-on is disabled, the proxy servers should be reset, ideally to the original settings and values which have been replaced by disconnect.

Thanks for the bug report. Are you referring to Disconnect Search, though? If so, Search is in another repo - can you file this report under https://github.com/disconnectme/search.
