reCaptcha images getting blocked #247

"Hey, on some sites like 4chan.org, the image for the recaptcha does not show up. Ever since the latest update with "Disconnect 2". It seems to be blocking everything from www.google.com/recaptcha/api."

Can't reproduce on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Opera. Any idea what browser and OS?

This is what they followed up with:

"I use the Firefox 26.0 on Windows 7 (though the problem also persists even on fresh Gnu/Linux installs that are set up with the add-on). While the captcha system works on some websites like Google-owned websites and on blogs, on other websites it doesn't.

I don't visit websites that have recaptcha too often but one notable instance where I can reliably reproduce the bug is when posting on the 4chan.org/sci/ board.

--------------STEPS TO REPRODUCE --------------

  1. Visit https://boards.4chan.org/sci/
  2. Scroll to top of the page, the place where the recipient recaptcha should be is missing.
  3. Disable the Disconnect add-on and resart the borwser.

4. Re-visit the page, recaptcha should be working again.

There are other websites where the bug occurs, but I don't remember where right now. It is possible i suppose that the bug could be on website's end but like I said, this bug seems to not exist in previous versions of the Disconnect add-on so it could be a regression. If you'd like, I'd could also send over a Firefox profile folder, they all seem to show the same bug."
