Problem with tooltips #283

Reported by user, reproduced:

"I found a bug in the Chrome version of Disconnect. If you expand a tab (ie analytics) then move the mouse to Advertising, the tool tip will say "expand advertising" which is correct. Then if you move the mouse back down the analytics (which is still expanded), instead of saying "collapse analytics" it incorrectly says "expand analytics" untitled

Related issue:

"Step: Go to a site where disconnect will block some stuff Expand one of the sections (ie advertising) Hover mouse over time saved/bandwidth saved/requested secured

The tooltip that shows up will not be located in the correct location."
