I know "safe" is a nice way to put it, but there's no clarity to beginning users to understand when something is blocked or not. Even the check-boxes: does a check mean YES it is blocked or YES it goes through? I know that it means blocked, but it isn't obvious. The documentation says something about checking or unchecking to block or unblock, which is similarly unclear.
It really would be better to make it clearer somehow that you ARE being tracked UNLESS something is checked… I'm not sure the best answer, but somehow improvement is needed here.
