International domain names won't whitelist #306

"I found that "Whitelist site" feature doesn't work for internationalized domain names (at least in Firefox). For instance, I cannot whitelist красивыйперербург.рф site (xn--80accfiasjf8cggbbf5b6i.xn--p1a in punycode)."

Confirmed broken on Firefox, seems fine on Chrome.
