platform=all for the Disconnect extension at addons.mozilla.org (AMO) – improve discoverability #371

At https://github.com/MrAlex94/Waterfox/issues/578#issuecomment-391175454 on 2018-05-23, Jan Beich suggested to me:

Partial background

For Firefox and Waterfox on e.g. FreeBSD we have a workaround, but the workaround is less than ideal.

Without the workaround, seeking Disconnect simply fails to find the disconnect.me product, for example:

@jbeich my earlier restraint:

– was partly to exclude Disconnect from the shortlist of products that feature in https://github.com/MrAlex94/Waterfox/issues/580 Findx Privacy Control, Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin are bugged by single-process Waterfox.
