Firefox not working at all after installing Search #10

"I installed disconnect search on Mozzila and now I am unable to open the browser. When I attempt to open it indicates connecting however it never connects. I want to disable and have looked at your instructions, however since Mozzila will not open I can not get to Tools."

Also, " I loaded disconnect and search into my firefox 24 browser. I have a new hp computer with windows 8. When I try to use Disconnect search, it goes to a blank page and continually tries to load the page, but nothing happens. When I use the search box of my Firefox browser, the same thing happens. I can no longer perform a search of any kind. I use noscript, and I use DoNotTrackMe from Abine. I disabled them but it didn't make a difference"

Disconnect Search Extension modifies the proxy settings to ensure that all searches are secure. This extension will not currently work for users who have a service provider that requires their users to go through a proxy.
