DevOps style deployment for developers. #9

I would like to create Vagrant/Ansible (Its used for dynamic creation of virtual machines with pre-installed software ready to use) setup for dosa development.

Why?

Developers will be able to develop software with all dependencies already installed (python 3.x, scapy)
Developers will be able to develop and test using exactly the same environment.
It would be good start for automatic testing after each commit (Jenkins etc.)

That'd be awesome! I'm afraid I don't have any experience with any of these technologies, so you'll have to do most of the work for this.
