Research what is needed for Discord integration

Research the following information:

• What APIs can we use to integrate with Discord?
• Are those APIs available for dotnet core, too?
• What functionalities would be worth adding to the bot in combination with Discord? (e.g. just post to a channel or react to Discord messages as well?)
• What steps would be necessary to integrate this into the bot?

I have found different projects supporting the discord api:

• Discord.NET
• DSharpPlus

Both look good in my opinion. The scenarios for an integration that I have in mind are quite different.

One would be to post streamcord.io like updates to Discord. The problem with this is that at the moment this is not only done for the streamer using the bot but also for other streamers that he adds to the bot. In that particular case Bot Brown can probably only be the program that notifies the central bot that a streamer has begun their show and not the central bot that does post to Discord

The other scenario would be that the bot can react to things that happen on Discord during an active stream.
