This draft PR adds a first, bare-bones variant of a possible landing page (The main page under https://jda.wiki).
The design isn't final. I just re-added changes I made back in #1 which I removed later on after request to put in a separate PR.
The site currently looks something like this:
Further discussions about this should be made in the Splash page thread on Discord.
I'll leave this as a draft for now until we have settled on a final design everyone agrees on.
Oh, and I also updated the Copyright to include "Wiki Contributors" so that they also get credit, now that we have the Wiki properly OS. Maybe even simplify it now to "Copyright JDA Wiki Contributors"?
