Updated /staff for community contributor change

• Changed const for "nonmoderationstaffroles" to "communitycontributor roles"
• Changed const for "nonmoderationstaff" to "communitycontributors"
• Added ID for Game Balancer and WIki Editor
• Changed string for "## non moderation staff" to "## Community Contributors.

I am not entirely sure if this code still works now, please test first LMAO

I changed the working branch to be development, in future if you could fork and work off the development branch that would be amazing :D
