Recreating the old player chat logic connected with the new system
The process should be the following:
A member of staff creates a player chat, designating host/s
A new category and host panel will be created in the player chat server
From that point the hosts may add or remove chats, with any amount of user per chat to allow hydras and mentors etc
Managing specific users in chats should also exist for replacements etc
There should be a way to see what playerchats are open and manage them (by admins only) on the main server to remove them when they're not used as well as see how full the server is.
