Deleting and modifying signup data

Deleting signups: Made a big mistake, wanted to delete and make a new one, got yelled at by angry error message to not do that. Had to make a new channel.

Modifying Data: Forgot to set size/limit as well as game name, couldn't edit it after.

Seems like this broke on the discord side. It's correct on github, check github for details on this issue.

Misc Settings -> Rename

Limit Change

Categories -> Edit Category -> Change Limit

I'll create a command to delete a signup from the current channel so you don't need to remake the channel
