Description

This is a big PR, in one sentence it introduces a documentation site for modmail with the help of mkdocs. Now in details, for documentation of modmail site with the help of framework mkdocs and theme mkdocs-material.

• :sparkles: Add support for translations in the docs.
• Removes mdformat pre-commit hook as it doesn't follow the format of mkdocs symbols thus breaking the docs/ directory .md files.
• Adds https://github.com/ines/termynal for showing commands being run in the terminal, in the documentation.
• Modifies present documentation files to use mkdocs symbols for better workflow and readability.
