Documentation: Install instructions + commands #4

Hey this looks like an awesome bot but would love some install directions as I am new to discord bots. Additionally, it could be helpful to add the available commands to the README.

I too would like a detailed wiki or readme on commands and useage. Most are self-explanatory via the help command, but there are a few which can be confusing to beginners in the bot realm and a few commands have very limited info. Primarily the template command and poster command could be confusing to new bot users, since it requires additional parameters in some cases.
