docs: remove examples #246

The examples are now hosted on https://github.com/discord/embedded-app-sdk-examples/, and the corresponding change to the docs is in https://github.com/discord/discord-api-docs/pull/7097. pnpm probably isn't needed here anymore, but i wanted to save that for another PR if we chose to go that way.
