[Feature] Deleting SKUs #3

It would be nice to be able to delete SKUs that have no entitlements. So accidentally created/never used SKUs can be deleted. Maybe we could define who can have an entitlement to these SKUs without counting them to the "normal" entitlements, so discord could remove their entitlement when we delete the SKU.

Additionally add Test Entitlements to the blacklist of entitlements for a SKU to be deleted.
