OVERSIGHT: Some things lacks integration with batteries #2837

  1. Hardhat lights still don't require power source. I remember that was fixed, but dunno what happened. Same thing with hardsuit helmet lights and desktop lamps.
  2. Desktop lamps are meta infinity lighting that can be found in maint and can go into your suit slot.
  3. IH riot helmet does not require any powersource.
  4. Hardsuit helmets does not require any powersourse, same applies to rigsuit helmets - they should draw energy for flashlight and goggles from internal battery, but both are free atm).
  5. Antibody scanner, unlike medical scanner, does not require any batteries.

Helmet lights are something to fix with the addition of power supply datums and centralised power draws.

For desk lamps, i'd like to make them only provide light when on a turf, in a powered area, drawing from an APC. They shouldn't be an easily portable light source

If i find any other handheld electronics or something that should use power i'l add it to this list. Added antibody scanner.
