Mentor Permission inconsistancies and some other stuff

• [ ] Rightclick menu does not seem to check for permissions at all and gives full access to all buttons(exception is jump to and get mob) (everything below assumes everything you can access though right click but not verbs is not accsesible)
• [ ] No access to jump to verb(clicking it next to looc/ahelp message ghosts you but does not teleport)
• [ ] Access to most buttons in server tab
• [ ] Access to drop bomb verb
• [ ] Able to see debug tab but no access to any verbs in it - remove to reduce clutter
• [ ] Access to builder mode but no access to actual buttons in the builder mode - remove to reduce clutter

• [ ] Access to local and global man up
• [ ] Access to object possesion
• [ ] Access to Allow a player to respawn
• [ ] Access to delete
• [ ] Access to stealth mode
• [ ] Access to free job slot
• [ ] Access to gibself
• [ ] Access to select equipment
• [ ] Access to add random/custom ai law
• [ ] Access to change custom event
• [ ] Access to Access newcaster network
• [ ] Access to Announce
• [ ] Access to create command report
• [ ] Access to rejuvinate
• [ ] No access to game and player pannel
