Trauma and burn kits need to be fixed. #3708

There's significant problems with them now, especially inconsistencies. For example, instead of packaged cloth, it's a metal box casing. You can split this metal box casing, into more metal box casings. It needs to be completely removed from stacks, and turned into a standalone item.

I'l add my bit that i originally wrote in junkyard:

Despite trauma/burn kit sprites being updated to look and show charge device-like, they are still stackables, so you can unstack them and this is sure weird. I propose to make it into device that consumes s-cells to "repair" some damage, let's say, 15-20 charge for an average wound, so we could make use of new charge sprite and those kits will be actual step up from usual bandages and also very cyberpank-ish. Also more content for junk and science because it should be somewhat rarer.
