About The Pull Request

Changes SM price from 10000 to 20000

Why It's Good For The Game

They were able to buy a SM shard for 12000 and then sell it for 20000 at a offer station.

Testing

Ran up a local server , bought a crystal, price was now 24000 credits.

Changelog

:cl: balance: Increased SM price from 10000 to 20000. This will show in trading stations as from 12000 to 24000 /:cl:

With how much I usually play guild I never saw this behavior, I'm surprised it lasted this long. Good catch.
