Restore makefile #29

No comment on why this is closed and not merged? No explanation in the README.md on how to build this?

No comment on your PR either :). It can be build as any other golang application. People not familiar with go can use the Docker image. Happy to merge a change to add a few words on how to build it if you like to submit one.
