chore: bump various deps within their scopes

Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged:

Bumped various dev deps and 1 dep within their scope. Mostly doing this as a reminder for @iCrawl to release a new version so end-users don't get multiple versions of discord-api-types installed :^)

The community would really appreciate a patch release of the modules packages after this (patch to ensure it's all within caret and tilde version scopes)

Status and versioning classification:

• Code changes have been tested against the Discord API, or there are no code changes
• I know how to update typings and have done so, or typings don't need updating
• This PR only includes non-code changes, like changes to documentation, README, etc.
