Add `images` custom command. #20

From Faith | Am Girl! avatar: Perhaps a new custom command named images that provides multiple ways for users to link images here without the users role? I've had to tell many people to use imgur and I think a custom command for that would be helpful.

That defeats the purpose of limiting new members' ability to upload images.

Users frequently ask how to link images here, and 90% of the time they're just told to use imgur.

Well the point is the images can't directly embed
