Don't enforce rule 1 as much. #43

From Aproxia avatar: Don't put such emphasis on rule 1, not even allowing people to say bruh is rather extreme in my opinion. I get it with copypastas and such, but saying a word that used to be a big meme should not get you a warning, as it's a part of many people's vocabulary and it's not offensive.
