From Akii avatar: pronoun roles would be super helpful! instead of making the assumption everyone is they/them, you could check their roles to see what pronouns they use

From Faith | Am Girl! avatar: While this would be nice, this server has far too many roles already. After gaining the users role, you can change your nickname to whatever you want, so you can cover various pronouns that wouldn't be covered by a handful of roles.
