Updateing rules #56

From User_green (772951482609827851): I suggest adding rule, that forbids / permits recommending / providing support for unsopported distros / provieing DM support. It is clearly punishable actions according to current sudoers position, but there is no actual ban on this actions according to the rules. This is, IMO, really confusing for the new users.
