[improvement/ux] Add Co-Owners field has confusing UX #277

Description

Hi,

when adding a co-owner to a bot, you have to enter the ID and press enter afterwards to trigger the logic. I feel this was confusing UX, at least to me. What you could do instead, after there was no edit to the field for a second or two, the field should automatically propagate to the co-owners list.
