dependency from validate python package won't install #29

At the moment trying to use pip to install validate results in an error. Given that the module is composed by one only source code file, a possible and easy solution would be to incorporate the source code within the basie release.

@flyingfrog81 validate is part of configobj, it can be installed through it. Is it the right validate?
