Please, the optboot 5.0a now works with programs to flash more than 64k?

AFAIK, optiboot has worked for chips with up to 128k for a long time (m1280, 
m1284)

(Note that it does not work for programs larger than 128kbytes, because the 
protocol used (STK500v1) only has 16bit (word) addresses.)
