Fix Input Interface Clocks

The input interface clocks were routed incorrectly during layout in Eagle and need to be reworked.

• [x] Formulate plan to make all clocks functional with modifications to existing circuitry (NOTE: 555 timers are in stock)

Built replacement 555 timer that will be put onto the input interface tomorrow

The plan will be to remove clock circuitry and use the header pins on the input interface and will be bridged from the header pins to the perfboard with the replacement 555 timer.

Clock circuitry on input interface was removed to enable new clock circuitry to function. Incorrect wiring fried the 555 timer currently on the new 555 timer breakout board. The problem was fixed, leaving the only issue being the burnt 555 timer on the board. The plan now is to remove the burnt 555 timer, mount a new 555 timer on the opposite side, exposing the pins above, and jumping wires between the two 555 timers pins.
