8-9-23: A test print of a connector housing was made for a 2x20 connector. Upon visual inspection, the inner wall was snug and had little room for margins for solder joints so the wall will need to be extended. The length will also need to be extended another 2.54mm since the connectors dimensions can only fit a 2x19 connector.

8-10-23: A follow-up test print with revisions (made by changing the scaling in Ultimaker Cura) was made and fit the 2x20 much better. The dimensions were 7mm x 53.8974mm x 5.0308mm (X/Y/Z)

10-9-23: It was concluded that the design CAN work, but the enclosure would have to be enlarged to ensure clearance for glue to enter the housing to hold and separate solder joints.
