4/19/2023: After reviewing the task and ultimate goal of the study, the study is being moved to "Idea" indefinitely. The goal of the trade study was to understand the output voltage of transistor AND gates and OR gates but this is already known. The unknown was whether a resistor was NEEDED on the base for the circuit to work. The conclusion is "probably but maybe not" so (10kohm) resistors will be added to the base inputs of all transistor logic gates from now on to err on the side of caution.
