[ ] Validate TCV changes with variations in temperature

Double check all components are populated and assembled well

FRAM Chip Functionality.

I2C connections are correct (4/9/2023)
Adafruit uses 5V, Memory Modules use 3.3V. This should work as per Digikey website (4/9/2023)

4/18/2023: Added FRAM functionality. Initially testing the program, the test program says the i2C address isn't recognized, however when trying to write data to/from the chip, everything works fine. This I2C bus test is removed from code added to the memory module PCB.
