4/12/2023: Idea is as follows:

• Input Interface is a backplane with:
  • Slots for five logic cards that plug in to the board, an onboard Arduino is used to select the logic cards
  • Slot for a single clock card to control the master clock
  • Plug-in for the Wall outlet-to-24V like on R1
  • Power is broken into 20V, 12V, 6V and 3V and distributed by distribution tiles - one for each board in the system and they stack vertically from the backplane like the memory module PCB's
    • Backplane features mechanical relays for manual shutoff and fuses on the tiles for localized protection
  • Features a stiffener to prevent board warping like seen on R1

• The input interface will feature two boards - an input/programming board and a power distribution board.
  • Input Interface: Small board to mount up to five logic cards and a single clock card perpendicularly.
  • Power Distribution: Built solely for distributing, managing and protecting the power going to each board that makes up the project.
